Deleting My Account

You can delete your account from the Somble App or from somble.com.


Deleting on the App

To delete your account from the app, double tap the profile icon in the bottom right of the app and click submit a request. From there, you'll be redirected to this page, where you can follow the request submission steps below.


To submit a request for account deletion:

  1. Send an email to team@somble.com with the subject "Request to delete Somble account".
  2. The email must come from the same email address that is associated with your Somble account (this is the email address you use to login).
  3. The Somble team will respond within 48 hours confirming that your account was deleted, or with a request to provide more clarifying or identifying information.
