How to Switch Memberships

You'll want to manage your memberships from the Somble web platform, rather than the Somble app. The web platform can be accessed at somble.com from either your phone, tablet, or desktop device.


To switch memberships...

  1. First, unsubscribe from your current membership.
    1. To do this, head to Account Settings -> Memberships -> Unsubscribe.
  2. Next, subscribe to the new membership.
    1. To do this, head to the coaches Profile. Find the new membership (top right of the profile on Desktop, under "Memberships" on Mobile) and subscribe to it.

You will be immediately charged the price of the new membership and have instant access to the new content available in the new membership. Your subscription renewal date will change to be based off the date you purchased the new membership. If there was content in the old membership that is not in the new membership, you will retain access to it until the end date of your old subscription period.
