Payments
When does my credit card get charged for purchases I’ve made?
As soon as you purchase content or subscribe to a Creator. You'll only have access to that Creators content if the charge is made successfully.
I need to update my credit card...what do I do?
Easy. Click “Update” on the “Account Management” page under “Payments” next to your credit card info. For more information on updating payment information, click here.
Subscriptions
Go to their profile and pick a subscription - weekly or monthly. Once selected and purchased, you have access to that Creator’s content as long as you are subscribed. For more information on the subscription process, click here.
Go to your Dashboard, click on "Subscribed" and then click "Unsubscribe" next to the Creator you wish to unsubscribe to.
Subscribing usually allows for lower-cost pricing per video, you can immediately watch subscribed content without having to click purchase, and you are providing the Creator with more consistent support.
Live Sessions
How do I cancel a booking for a live class and receive a refund?
Just head to the Live Session you would like to cancel (either via your Dashboard or the Creator's Profile) and click "More Options" -> "Cancel Booking". As long as you are canceling more than 2 hours prior to the start of the Live Session, you will be refunded the payment, promotion, or class pack credit used to book the class. If you cancel within 2 hours of the session start time, you will not be refunded.

Flagging
If you’re watching or browsing for content, you’ll notice a flag next to each video. Click the flag, follow the prompts and submit your flag, including why you think this content needs to be reviewed. For more information on the flagging process, click here.
