Joining Live Classes

This article is for anyone who needs to know how to join a live session, once it's already been booked.

The most common issues are browser permissions (when your browser asks for access to camera and mic) and browser type (a few lesser used browsers are not compatible with live streaming software) - full details are in the troubleshooting article.

Read onwards for high level instructions on how to join sessions!

For Coaches:

Once you've scheduled a live session, you should see it on your Creator Profile and on your Dashboard. Clicking into the session will show you the below...

5 minutes before class start time, the session will be available to start. If you had the live session already open on your screen, you should refresh your page. You'll now see a blue "Start Session" button.

If you have connected a Zoom account, you'll be redirected to your Zoom app. If you are using the embedded Somble streaming service, you'll now be placed in the Live Session Warm Up room. This is the best place to make sure your mic, camera, sound and environment are how you want them. Once you're good to go here, just press "Click to Join Session" and you're off to the races.

For Attendees:

Once you've booked your session, you can access it via the Creator Profile or your Supporter Dashboard. Clicking into the session will open up a pop-up, from which you can join the session.

Live Sessions open 5 minutes before their scheduled start time. If you don't see the blue join button yet, just wait until you are 5 minutes from start time and refresh the page. You should then see the join session button.
